2009-2010 GYSA Registration

Last Chances to Register: Saturday Sept. 5th 9AM-Noon.
One extra time added - Tuesday Sept. 8th 6:30-8PM

Walk-up Registration for U-12 to U-19 Girls and U-14 to U19 Boys

Note: There will not be a U-12 Boys GYSA team this season.

BOTH Parent and child have to be present for registration!

What you need:

Palm Harbor residents - a check for $125 registration and $25 for 2 volunteer hours (refundable) after completion
Out of Town* - check for $150 registration and $25 for 2 volunteer hours (refundable) after completion
passport picture ( no paper pictures)
original and copy of birth certificate if you did not play in GYSA last year.
 
Eligible birthdays:
U-12 from August 1st 1997 to July 31st 1999
U-14 from August 1st 1995 to July 31st 1997
U-16 from August 1st 1993 to July 31st 1995
U-19 from August 1st 1990 to July 31st 1993

*Out of Town are those who reside outside the Palm Harbor Recreation Special District.  This is the same as the Palm Harbor Fire District.
