Important Announcement from East Lake Soccer and Palm Harbor Nighthawks

The Board of Directors of East Lake Soccer Association (ELSA) and Palm Harbor Nighthawks Soccer Club (PHNSC) are pleased to announce their agreement to cooperatively explore the benefits and work out the details for merging the two clubs in an effort to best serve the soccer needs of our member families in the North Pinellas, South Pasco, and West Hillsborough communities.

Ongoing discussions between representatives from ELSA and PHNSC are focused on the mutual goal of providing a professionally implemented soccer program, creating an exciting soccer culture, and improving soccer opportunities for every player at every level of interest and ability.

We will update you on matters as they progress and plan to have informational meetings for the clubs as soon as details are sufficiently developed.  After a period of due diligence, the membership of each club would subsequently vote on the proposed combination.

There has been a great deal of mutual respect between the clubs and we are all very excited about the potential of such a merger.  Anyone interested in volunteering for any of the subcommittees to be formed, please contact Steve Ballou (President, East Lake) at steve@seacoastinc.net or Marty Decker (President, Palm Harbor ) at deckerfam5@yahoo.com.
